Joely is fantastic with our silly dachshunds. The boy is particularly anxious and doesn’t like new people, but Joely soon had him at ease. When we went on holiday earlier this year she took great care of our house and our dogs and made us feel much more relaxed about going away. It was such a huge relief having Joely to take care of things. Her communication is great and I felt happy that the dogs were in very safe hands.

Joely is fantastic! So reliable and flexible. The first time she looked after my cats she took the time to talk through everything to understand my pets needs, and every time since then she checks with me to see if anything has changed. She provides so much peace of mind that my cats are well, by sending me a text update, often with a little photo too. I have a tendency to worry when I’m away from home, but knowing my cats are in safe hands with Joely provides so much reassurance. I can’t thank her enough!

Joely was great with our two newly adopted Siamese. They were a bit skittish and combative but it didn't seem to faze her at all. I asked her to come once a day whilst we were away. She fed the boys, set their feed for the next morning and cleared out their litter tray (not much fun!), then stayed with them for a little longer and sent us an update after each visit. She is professional, reliable and trustworthy. I happily recommend her to anyone who needs to leave their animals with someone who will truly care for them.

Joely has looked after our pets twice! Once when she popped in nearly every day over two weeks to feed and check on our two hamsters. She sent regularly updates and pictures and we felt very reassured with her looking after them. She also popped in a couple of times while I was on holiday and my husband was at work to check on our kitten. She played with him and fed him and once again we felt very reassured by her being there. Joely is very lovely and warm and a natural around animals. We would recommend her to friends and family!

I'm not usually a person that writes reviews, but Joely is unbelievably deserving of being recognised for her beautiful soul that allows her to be the best dog walker I have ever come across. I found Joely 3 years ago after a string of failed attempts at a dog walker. My dog is my world as many of them are for us however mine is also the reason I can stay alive and move around on a daily basis - she's a medical alert dog. I depends on her to stay alive and I love her more than anything. The walkers before Joely told me my world would be in good hands. They lied. I won't get into the nitty gritty but my reason for existing was not safe with them. When I met Joely I was a nervous wreck, I am incapable of waking my dog and she needs time away from me to exist and be free so I had to find someone. Joely came to my house to meet me and Caz, I instantly knew I liked her as a person but as a dog walker I was just so used to being let down. I was irritatingly thorough in questions and had print outs of commands, specific treats and wanting solo walks and just generally over thinking everything. The look on my dogs face after that first trial walk let me know Joely was the one. It sounds dramatic and fanatical but honestly I haven't trusted anyone ever the way I do Joely with my dog. Her qualifications spoke volumes, the way she was professional in her approach to me and her business, that she was genuine and talked herself out of money to make suee I didn't pay for unnecessary things, all of those things made me like Joely, but my parents have a very large reactive dog, Joely was with a small dog and my parents dog lurched and snarled at the small one when he'd barked and Joely didn't think twice she put herself at risk out of pure instinct to protect that little dog in her charge and she calmed the entire situation. She didn't brush it under the carpet and she was clear she would be informing the small dogs family when she dropped him off. I respected her entirely for remaining professional, truthful and loyal throughout, to me explaining what would happen and by telling the other dogs owners something many would gloss over or leave out for their own benefit, but her soul, her kindness, her selflessness and pure hearted self you can't fake that. I will stay with Joely for as long as she'll have us and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone that cares for their dogs. They truly couldn't be in better hands & you will never have to think twice about if they are safe. They are. I've waffled so much, but Joely also takes into account the dogs personalities, where they enjoy their walks best, what they like and dislike, she keeps up with training, I get a video every time of my derpy little doughnut everytime she goes out so I can see the joy she's getting and in all weather, she has cleaned all manner of vile things off of my less than ladylike swamp beast of a dog and she does it all with a chuckle and still gives her a scruff and a smile while I gag. Honestly from the bottom of my heart, Joely is who you want. Xxx
