Yes, I hold a full public liability insurance with Simply Business.

Yes, I have a clean Enhanced DBS Check which can be provided at your meet and greet.


In order to check availability and best meet yours and your pets needs I will arrange with you for a FREE meet and greet - lasting approximately 30 minutes. This is a chance for us to chat; for you to know more about me and the services I offer and for me to get to know the specific requirements you have. I fill out a client registration form and gather information such as: emergency contact details, registered vet, medical information, temperament/behaviour, likes and dislikes of your animal(s).


Yes, absolutely. I cater to solo dog walks.


No more than a maximum of 4 dogs will be taken out in a group. I do small group walks, never large pack walks. Temperament and location will both be considered when grouping dogs, and if any changes occur in compatibility over time you will be made aware of my decision going forward in the case that action is needed.


No, you don't need to be present. I hold keys for clients - for various reasons; pop-in visits, dog walks, house sits - and I am happy to collect and drop off when no one is home. Keys are always safely secured and no other personal details (other than dog/animal's name) are stored with them.


If you need to cancel a booking such as a walk or pop-in visit, that's okay, things happen, but I do require 48 hours notice to avoid you paying a fee. 24-48hrs notice incurs a 50% charge of service fee and under 24 hours notice ( missed booking) will incur a 100% charge of service fee.


House sitting works like this... I stay continuously overnight for 12 hours in your own home, looking after your house and pets. In order for them to be left alone for no longer than 4 hours there is a requirement for two separate daytime visits. To book in for house sitting I require a 25% non-refundable deposit, this secures your dates/booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before service, unless otherwise arranged. If cancellation is needed the deposit is kept. If cancellation occurs 7-14 days before the booking 50% of the total booking fee is due. If cancellation occurs under 7 days before the booking 100% of total booking fee is due.


I am first aid trained and will always apply my knowledge. A basic first aid kit is always kept accessible. In an emergency, I will contact you immediately and if you are unavailable your designated emergency contact will be contacted. If your dog requires veterinary care, they will be transported to their veterinary surgery or the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.
